The Eastgate Professional Building is a three story professional and medical office building located at the corner of Eastgate Blvd. and Eastgate South Drive. This building was developed in the late 1980's as the growth along the S.R. 32 corridor was just beginning. Today, the area enjoys new growth and our building will serve as a central structure in the area.  Local employers include: TQL, Mercy Health, Childrens Hospital and Jungle Jim's.
