A brief history of The Myers Y. Cooper Company

In our second century of real estate in Cincinnati, Ohio

The Myers Y. Cooper Company was founded well over a century ago by Myers Y. Cooper who in 1929 became the 51st Governor of Ohio. The current company President is Randy Cooper, who represents the fourth generation to carry on the family tradition in Real Estate.

The Company has developed a roster of community shopping centers including Montgomery Square, Township Center, Kyles Station Corner, Florence Shops, Mulberry Square, Wooster at Walton Creek and the Springdale Town Center.  These community centers are home to a variety of local and national retail businesses and services.

Recently, the Company has completed numerous Single Tenant Net Lease (STNL) projects.  Some of these include PetSuites, CVS/Pharmacy and Range USA (formerly Shoot Point Blank). These projects are located in a variety of states including, Ohio, Indiana, Georgia and North Carolina.

 
The Myers Y. Cooper Company owns and managers several office projects such as the Sycamore Executive Center phases I & II, the Eastgate Professional Building, as well as numerous apartments and other commercial buildings in and around Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio. From this rich history grew our mission statement: “Developing and managing investment grade, commercial properties, while: providing exceptional customer service, being engaged within our communities, and creating value and growth opportunities for our clients, employees and investors.”
