The Company has secured long term financing of an exisitng unencumbered asset and plans to use the capital to fund new development and aquisitions. Randy Cooper said "Long term rates remain attractive and its difficult to gauge how long these rates and overall availability will remain. It is our objective to continue to grow our asset base through development or acquisition, even during these challenging times."

The Company's management team has expanded with the addition of Sam Cooper, the 5th generation of Coopers to work for the Company. Sam is working as the supervisor to the property maintenance team.

Elizabeth Van Dulman has also joined the Company as a Real Estate Agent pursuing tenants for our properties as well as brokerage assignments for third party clients.

The Company's Property Manager, Shelley Deiters, also recently earned her Real Estate license.

This recent expansion/remodel nearly doubled the size of this store and will help to secure Wild Birds Unlimited's position as Cincinnati's premier wildlife and Nature Shop. The Myers Y. Cooper Company has recently completed the Springdale Town Center. This development is a 45,000 sq. ft. retail center in the City of Springdale. This facility is located near the planned new Wal-Mart site on Red Bank Rd. Construction Process Solutions recently opened a 5,000 s.f. office at this development.
