myc_coinThe Myers Y. Cooper Company was founded well over a century ago by Myers Y. Cooper who in 1929 became the 51st Governor of Ohio. The current company President is Randy Cooper, representing the fourth generation to carry on the family tradition in Real Estate.

The company initially focused on the development of single family homes in the Cincinnati suburbs of Hyde Park, Montgomery, Mt. Lookout, Kenwood and Indian Hill. Additionally, The Myers Y. Cooper Company developed numerous apartment complexes and commercial buildings in Cincinnati, Columbus, Ohio and Miami, Florida.

In the 1970’s, the company was redirected toward commercial development, specializing in community shopping centers. This continues to be its primary focus today. Developments include: Montgomery Square, Ft. Thomas Plaza, Mulberry Square, Wooster at Walton Creek and the Springdale Town Center. These community centers are home to a variety of local and national retail businesses and services.
