The Eastgate Professional Building is a three story professional and medical office building located at the corner of Eastgate Blvd. and Eastgate South Drive. This project was developed in the late 1980's as the growth along the S.R. 32 corridor was just beginning. Midwest Eye Center along with Bethesda Occupational Medicine and Bethesda Physical Therapy are just a few of the numerous medical practices located in this building.
The Myers Y. Cooper Company is currently working to finalize plans for the expansion and re-development of this facility. Check back soon for more details on the next phase of this project.
