The Construction Service Division of The Myers Y. Cooper Company was established to provide quality, cost effective construction management and general construction. Our unique and comprehensive perspective in all aspects of development, construction processes and types of projects enables us to manage the design and control the cost, while fulfilling the clients needs.
The Myers Y. Cooper Company has operated in various aspects of commercial real estate and construction for over one hundred years. Recent development projects include the Kroger anchored shopping centers Montgomery Square and Mulberry Square, along with drug store projects for CVS/pharmacy. In connection with these developments, we have completed numerous tenant finish projects for the shopping center businesses.
As word spread of the quality, reliability and value of our work, we accepted interior construction projects from other property developers and office/retail businesses. The scope of work completed included office remodeling for real estate offices, medical offices, retail eyeglass stores, a classroom facility, fitness center, floral shop and fabric store. Typical project values for interior finish range from $10.00 per square foot, to $30.00 per square foot for major interior reconstruction. Dollar value of projects completed ranged from $3,000.00 to $1,700,000.00.
Recently we completed the Red Bank at the Bridge warehouse/office building for Hyde Park Lumber. This 21,000 sq.ft. location is home to the Department of Motor Vehicles License Services division, a Hamilton County Clerk of Courts Title office. We also completing the tenant finish work for the final occupant, Banasch's retail and wholesale sewing notions.
